Scarlet Snapper is a new product that we have just developed, upon seeing the large potentials in the waters around our processing facility in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.  Furthermore, we witness that the quality of the red snapper in the East Kalimantan area is better than that from areas.  This is due to the short distance between the fishing grounds and the landing area.  Working close with the local fishermen, we have given them the knowledge on proper fish handling and increased the value of good quality catches they produced.    We are certain that our snapper products will become a prime product in the market, mainly because of its top grade quality.
